DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency)
Send audio frequency signal. Used for telephone bank and
automatic answering machine, etc.

International Indicator
“+” has to be added before an international phone number.
■
Network Service Operator
To use your mobile phone, you have to sign a contract with the
network service operator first and need a SIM card.
■
PIN (Personal Identification Number)
This code is used to authorize the use of functions and information
of SIM card. PIN is provided by network service operator. It consists of
4 to 8 numbers and can be modified according to need.
■
PIN2 (Personal Identification Number 2)
This code is used to authorize the use of some special functions of
SIM card. In some countries, network service operators may not
provide PIN2.
■
PUK (Personal Unlock Code)
Used to unlock locked SIM card. Provided by network service
operator.
■
Roam
Use your mobile phone outside contractual network.
■
SIM (Subscriber Identification Module)
It contains details of protocol and security information and records
personal phonebook.
■
SMS (Short Message Service)
Short message is sent and received via short message center of
the network. It should be supported by network before use.
