5.6 Calibration Test
Following calibration we will use the Phantom application to verify
proper calibration
Switch the Phantom application to View menu.
Move the LFT/RGT stick to maximal left position and verify that the
E Channel monitor displays -1000.
Move the LFT/RGT stick to maximal right position and verify that the
E Channel monitor displays 1000.
Move the LFT/RGT stick to center position and verify that the E
Channel monitor displays 0.
Repeat the test for the other sticks in accordance with the following
table:

Move the Safety switch down and verify that the U Channel monitor
displays a value greater than 750.
Move the Safety switch to center and verify that the U Channel
monitor displays a value greater than -50 and lower than +50.
Move the Safety switch down and verify that the U Channel monitor
displays a value lower than -750.
Move the IOC switch down and verify that the X2 Channel monitor
displays a value greater than 750.
Move the IOC switch to center and verify that the X2 Channel
monitor displays a value greater than -50 and lower than +50.
Move the IOC switch down and verify that the X2 Channel monitor
displays a value lower than -750.
