STEP 4:

 Attach the two wheels (1) to the spindles on the back frame assembly as shown in the diagram below.

NOTE:  If you removed the flywheels in Step 1, carefully reattach them after completing this step. Make sure that they

are reattached exactly as shown in Step 1.
