Take off the covers from parts

and
D
Take parts
B
,
C
and
D
and lay them flat on the floor as shown in Figure #1.
Take x4

Frame Screws and screw them in with a Philips screw driver.
*Please note the screw head must face down as shown in figure #2*
*Make sure the orientation of the frame is pointing outward as shown in Figure #2*
