Wheel Operation
Two directional, swivel locking 5” directional balloon wheels are provided and can be rotated and locked
at 180° intervals to be rigid, or unlocked to be swivel. This provides control when transporting between
classrooms, while allowing maneuverability in tight spaces.

If necessary, the offset door stop can be rotated slightly to adjust
the closed position of the doors and lock rods.

1.
Before moving the unit, unplug all power cords and wrap excess cords around the cord wrap brackets.
2.
Be sure the casters are in the unlocked position and the doors closed.
3.
Move the cart slowly and carefully.
4.
Lock the casters after moving.

ATTENTION
1.
To rotate, loosen the JC bolt slightly with a 4mm hex wrench.

Rotate the door stop until the door is positioned correctly.
3.
Re-tighten the JC bolt securely.

To lock the wheel direction, align each wheel with the cart width and depress
the brake lever.

2.
To resume swivel operation, unlock each brake lever.

Note: Wheel rotation cannot be locked on directional wheels.
To prevent the cart from rolling, lock the standard locking bal-
loon wheels on the other side of the cart.
