ve indicates that your C500 player needs to be replaced, 

please follow the direc ons below  er you receive a replacement Combo unit:  

1.

 

Power down the C500 player and all other audio equipment including the ampli

fier a

nd remove the 

power cord from the C500 player and the wall outlet.  

2.

 

Note which audio cable is plugged into the “Zone 1” and “Zone 2” audio outputs, and disconnect the 
audio cables from the player.  

3.

 

If a network cable is connected, disconnect the CAT5 network cable.  

4.

 

Place the unit into the packaging material of the new replacement unit for return shipment to 

5.

 

Connect the audio cables to the “Zone 1” and “Zone 2” audio outputs on the replacement player as 
noted above.  

6.

 

If connected before, connect a CAT5 network cable to the connector on the back of player.  

7.

 

Connect the power cord to the new replacement player.  

8.

 

Then turn on all other audio equipment.
