One of the first tasks when troubleshooting a unit is to read out the current system con-
figuration (you may also be asked for this when contacting Spectracom Technical Sup-
port.)

System Troubleshooting: Browser Support
Spectracom recommends using one of the following Web browsers to run the
VelaSyncWeb UI on: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer > Ver. 8.
Using different or older browsers may lead to some incompatibility issues.

Troubleshooting – Unable to Open Web UI
With VelaSync connected to either a stand-alone or networked PC and with the net-
work configuration correct, it should be possible to connect to the Web UI.
