Extraction guide

Relax, clear your mind, listen to relaxing music. If your baby is not present, you can watch videos
or photos of your baby.
2.
Stimulate the suction reflex or milk drop before starting extraction. Some women have found
that gently massaging their breasts or applying warm compresses from the chest wall to the
nipples helps trigger the ejection reflex.
3.
Remove your milk from each breast for 10-15 minutes
NOTE : For optimal milk extraction, we recommend short and
frequent extraction sessions ,
(10-15 minutes each breast every 2-3 hours, 7-8 times a day)
