Your Riprock bicycle is fitted with a front and rear thru-axle which attaches your wheel to the
bicycle. The following steps will guide you through the removal and replacement of the wheel
for maintenance or repairs.
WARNING: A correctly installed wheel is critical for your child's safety. If you
are unfamiliar with removing (or installing) wheels, contact your Authorized
Specialized Retailer.

REMOVE THE FRONT WHEEL
Loosen and remove the front wheel thru-axle using the supplied torque wrench and 6 mm
Hex bit.
Guide the wheel down and out of the fork.
INSTALL THE FRONT WHEEL
Guide the wheel up and into the fork dropout. As you are doing this, guide the disc brake
rotor into the brake caliper.
Re-insert the thru-axle through the fork dropout holes. Using the supplied torque wrench
and a 6 mm Hex bit, torque the thru-axle to 10 Nm.
Hold the front end of the bicycle up and give the front wheel a good spin. The
wheel should be centered within the fork crown and rotate freely and not
wobble. If the wheel wobbles and is not centered, please see your Authorized
Specialized Retailer.

Loosen and remove the rear wheel thru-axle using the supplied torque wrench and 6 mm
hex bit.
