Menu Navigation
To open the ‘Main’ menu from the ‘Speaker’ or ‘Speed Dial’ pages press the
OK
key.
The
◄
and
►
keys on the navigation pad cycle through the 3 menus (‘Main’, ‘Program’ and
‘Settings’).
The
▲
and
▼
keys on the navigation pad, scroll through the individual menu items/settings. The
blue highlight is the cursor of the interface, it indicates which menu item/setting will be selected
when the
OK
key is pressed.
Press
OK
to select the highlighted menu item or setting.
OR
Each menu item has a number associated with it. This number can be seen on the left of each
menu item. Pressing that number on the dial pad allows for a quicker way to navigate the menu.
To return to the previous menu or the home screen use the (Back) key.
Menu Shortcuts
For faster navigation around the interface it is possible to use menu shortcuts which are entered
using the dial pad.
To use shortcuts, when on the speaker or one of the speed dial pages:
1. Press the
*
(asterisk/star) key.
2. Followed by either
1, 2
or
3
.

for the ‘Main’ menu.

for the ‘Program’ menu.
3
for the ‘Settings’ menu.
3. Once in the desired menu, you can select one of the menu’s items by pressing its associated
number, which can be found on the left of each menu item.
Step 3 can then then be repeated for each sub menu until you’ve reached the final destination
of the menu path.
For example :
To get to
Main > Call Register > Received Calls.
The dial pad keys
*123
can be pressed consecutively.
