• Turn off all devices and disconnect them from the power supply before connecting each
component.
• It is supplied with rubber feet. If necessary, you can attach these to the bottom of the
receiver. Note that rubber feet can leave marks on sensitive surfaces. If necessary, place a
suitable base on the surface.
• Follow the instructions provided for your transmitter.
• Connect the output of the HDBaseT transmitter and the
HDBase T In
socket

to a CAT6a
network cable (RJ45). Observe the technical data to determine the length of the network
cable needed.
• On the
RS232
socket

, you can connect a PC or notebook that issues
commands via RS232 (such as turning on/off a compatible projector or
monitor). The delivery includes a RS232 Phoenix plug. Observe the
illustration opposite with the correct connections.
• Connect an HDTV / Monitor and the
HDMI OUT

to the receiver with a suitable
HDMI cable.
• Connect the tab of the power adapter to the power connector

and the mains
plug with a suitable mains socket. If an upstream transmitter already supplies enough
power via the network cable, it is not necessary to connect the power supply.

Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these
may damage the case or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance
with applicable regulatory guidelines.
