Safety instructions!
Important
• This machine should only be used with clean water
• Do not add additives or chemicals to the water
• Never point the steam-plate at people, animals or any object that can be damaged by high temperatures
• Keep children and animals away from the machine at all times!
Caution
• When working in close proximity to wood, gypsum substrate, plaster board or laminated/coated materials
remember that these may be damaged by heat or steam
Solution: use a steam/heat shield made from cardboard or metal
• If the machine overheats it will automatically shut down. Once it has cooled, normally after 10 minutes,
it will restart automatically
Before filling & emptying
• Before filling and emptying the water tank please remove the mains plug from the mains socket
• Never overfill the water tank above the MAX level. If the machine has been overfilled or there is any other
operating problemremove the mains plug from the mains socket
Steaming time
• Steaming time is approx.

0 minutes. Never leave a machine that has been switched on unsupervised
• Never let the water tank boil dry
• Before undoing any of the hose connectors allow the machine to cool down for at least 2 minutes
Caution - Danger of scalding
• When the machine is heating up to operating temperature hot water may overflow from the steam-plate
• If overhead work is being done hot water may drip from the steam-plate
• Never use the machine without the steam-plate and slip cover being fitted
Caution - Danger of short circuit
• Please cover all electrical sockets, switches and outlets and make sure they are in the off position
Using an extension cord
• Maximum length to be used is 10 meters and the cord diameter must be at least 3 x 1 mm²
• The extension cord must be fully unwound
Please always be sure that the machine is on a stable flat surface
• Do not stand the machine, or put any objects on top of the machine
• Do not over stretch the steam hose or bend it sharply
• Never block the safety valve, only carry the machine by its handle
• Never pull on the steam hose or power lead
• Never put the machine into water or other liquids
• Please empty the machine after use and when dry inside store standing upright

Depending on water hardness, descale the steam wallpaper stripper after
10-15 fills
