Cleaning and Care

Before cleaning the device turn it off, remove the plug from the socket and let it completely cool
down.
•
Remove all water from the bucket.
•
Use a damp cloth to clean the outer and inner surface. The inlay can be removed and cleaned as
well.
•
Attention!
Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene, scouring cleaning agents, etc., to clean the
synthetic parts of the device. Do not use hard brushes or metallic objects.
•
If necessary a few drops of a customary washing-up liquid can be used to remove persistent stain.
•
It is recommended to decalcify the device twice a year or more often depending on the water
hardness of your local water. Regular decalcification maintains the product’s efficiency.
•
Use a commercially available decalcifier for the decalcification process. Follow the manufacturer’s
instructions carefully to avoid damage to the product.
•
Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dripping water.
