The MR Drivers

Installation

Uninstall Procedure

a) Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs
b) Select "Uninstall AMR Voice Modem"
c) Click on Add/Remove Button
d) A confirmation window appears. Click "OK" to proceed.
e) HAMR56xx drivers will be uninstalled.
f) You may un-plug the HAMR56xx from the AMR socket.

Known issues

The modem typically installs on COM5.

Troubleshooting

If your modem does not work as expected:
if ERROR, NO DIALTONE or a similar message is received, check whether HAMR56xx is connected to
the line.
Check whether HyperTerminal is configured to the right port. You can find the HAMR56xx COM port
number in Control Panel/Modems. If not, press disconnect and change the port.
