4.2. What to do if something goes wrong
Before contacting our service help line, please check the
following
points:
There is no power to the appliance:
Check that there is not a power cut
Check that there is power to the socket and appliance
Check that the circuit fuse/trip switch has not blown/tripped
There is power to the appliance but the burners will not ignite:
Ensure that you are pressing the control knob down until the burner is
alight. (See Section 3.)
Ensure that the burner cap and skirt are correctly positioned on the
burner body. (See Section 4.1.)
