Cleaning

Preparation:

A container higher than 18 cm (7 in.) and food grade vinegar (white vinegar, apple

vinegar, etc.).

Why it needs to be cleaned

Tap water normally contains minerals. When the water is heated to a certain

temperature, scale will build up on the heater or surface of the machine. In this case,

the scale will affect the performance and the outside appearance of the machine. To

avoid this, it is recommended to clean the machine after every 20 uses, with an

accumulated working time of less than 200 hours. The machine can also be cleaned

according to your current needs based on the type of water in different places.

How to clean:

1.

Put the machine in the container. Pour water in  the container up to the MAX

line of the machine. Add 5 g of vinegar per 10 L of water.

CAUTION: Rinse the eyes with a lot of water if vinegar comes in contact with
them. See medical attention as required.

2.

Turn on the machine, set the working temperature at 80°C (176°F) for 3 hours

(03:00), and press Start. After 3 hours, when the machine beeps, turn it OFF and

cut off power.

3.

Check if the machine is clean enough. If not, add vinegar again in the

container and run the machine as indicated above in Step 2. If the machine is clean

enough, drain the vinegar from the container, wash the machine and container with

fresh water, dry

them and store them appropriately.
