EXAMPLE OF ANTENNA GROUNDING AS PER NATIONAL ELECT RICAL CODE
POWER SOURCE
Plug the AC line cord into AC 230V 50Hz power outlet. The unit is now working and the
display f igures will blink to show you it is operating, but not yet set.
Battery Backup:
Two “AAA “battery (not included) may be installed as a backup option to maintain the time
if electrical power fail. In the event of a power outage, the time will not appear on the clock
LED display; however, the clock will continue to operate and the actual time will be
maintained. The clock LED display and other functions will resume once electrical power
is restored. If used, the 9-volt battery should be replaced as needed. Remove the battery if
the clock is not used or stored for long periods of time.
Battery Installation
1. Remove the battery compartment door.
2. Insert two “AAA” batteries into the battery compartment.
Be sure to follow the battery polarity as marked inside the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment door.
NOTE:
Spent or discharged batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly in
compliance with all applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your local county
solid waste management authority.
Operating Instruction
To set the time:
1. Plug the product into a standard 220V 50 Hz AC electrical outlet.
2. To set the current clock hour(s), press and hold the TIME Button; then repeatedly press
the Hour Button until the correct hour(s) is reached.
3. To set the current clock minute(s), press and hold the TIME Button; then repeatedly
press the Minute Button until the correct minute(s) is reached.
To set and use the alarm function:
1. To set the alarm hour(s), press and hold the ALARM Button; then press the Hour Button
until the desired hour(s) is reached.
2. To set the alarm minute(s), press and hold the ALARM Button; then press the Minute
Button until the desired minute(s) is reached.
3. Press the AL. ON/OFF Button. When the alarm is on, there will be an alarm signal on
the LED Display.
4. Select the alarm sound (to wake by)
4.1) To wake up by the alarm buzzer
a) Turn the VOLUME BUZZER KNOB to the BUZZ position.
b) The alarm buzzer will sound at the set alarm time.
4.2) To wake up by the AM/FM Radio
a) Turn the FUNCTION KNOB to AM OR FM position.
b) The alarm radio will sound at the set alarm time.
5. To silence the alarm, press the AL.OFF button.

To operate the radio
1. Press the POWER button. The power indicator will light up.
2. Turn the function knob to AM/FM position.
3. Rotate the Tuning Control Knob to the desired radio station.
4. Rotate the Volume Control Knob to a comfortable Listening level.
5. To switch off the radio, press the POWER button.
To use the AUX function
1. Press the POWER button. The power indicator will light up.
2. Turn the function knob to AUX position.
3. Use the included audio cable to join the audio source to the AUX
IN JACK on the back of the unit.
4. Turn on the AUDIO player.
5. Rotate the Volume Control Knob to a comfortable Listening level.
6. To switch off the AUX function, turn off your Audio and press the Power button.
