ALKALINE BATTERY INSTALLATION
Slide the OPEN switch to open the CD door, insert two AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Be sure to
observe the proper polarity (the “+” and ”-” signs) as indicated on the battery compartment.
Note:
When replacing alkaline batteries, use two new batteries of the same type. Do not mix a used battery with a new one or
mix different types of batteries.
When inserting the batteries, incorrectly inserting even one with improper polarity will cause leakage.
Never charge, heat, disassemble, or throw batteries into a fire.
Old or discharged batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly in compliance with all applicable laws. For detailed
information, contact your local solid waste authority.
If the display is blank (no numbers show when the PLAY/PAUSE button is pressed), the batteries are dead. Replace them
(also ensure you insert the batteries according to the “+” and “-” as shown inside the battery compartment).
CD Disc Operation

: To protect your hearing if you are using headphones or earphones, set VOLUME to its lowest setting before you
play a CD
1.)
Power is on by pressing PLAY ► button
2.)
Slide the OPEN button and open the lid
3.)
Place the CD firmly “with the label side facing up” on the pivot and close the CD Door.
4.)
Press PLAY► button to start CD
5.)
Adjust the Volume with the Volume -/ button
6.)
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause the playing audio file.
7.)
Press the STOP
button to stop the playback
8.)
Skip/Search Button – Press once to kip to next track
or back to previous
track

Press Continuously to search forward
or
backward

Power is off by pressing the STOP
button twice
Directory Search Function (for MP3 CD)
This feature allows you to skip to different directories on your MP3 disc. It makes file searching easier and faster.
While playing an MP3 CD, press the ESP/DIR button once. The display will shown the next directory file.
Repeat One/All-Track/Album/Random/Intro by pressing MODE button
Press once: Repeat current track Press three times (MP3 four times): Random Play
Press twice: Repeat all tracks Press four times (MP3 five times): Intro Play (10 seconds each song)
Press three times: Repeat Album (for MP3 CD only)
