Please fine out stabilizer bottom connect bar(TR09) , install the bar into the

each side of the legs , then install

Twp feet cap again.

Now connect the connector(TR09) with the handle bar bottom (TR08) by

two long screws,

Install the two short screws on two side of connector by “L” tool.

Find out the top T bar(TR06) and Adjust bar(TR07), install as show.
