Making a Bluetooth connection using the NFC function

Simply touch your Walkman to a Bluetooth audio device that has the NFC function to automatically turn on the power
of the Bluetooth audio device, pair the Walkman and the Bluetooth audio device, and make a Bluetooth connection.

1. If the Bluetooth audio device has an NFC switch, turn the NFC switch on.

2. Touch your Walkman to the Bluetooth audio device.

Touch the N-mark of your Walkman to the N-mark of the Bluetooth audio device. Hold together until instructions
appear on the screen of the Walkman.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

Hint

Touch the devices together again to disconnect.
Take the following measures if the connection is poor.

Slowly move your Walkman over the N-mark of the Bluetooth audio device.
If your Walkman is in a case, remove the case.
Tap - [Settings] - [More] and check that [NFC] is checked.
