from the menu.

View system information
on the left of the window.

Hardware
tab, then click
Device Manager
.

Double-click the option corresponding to the device you installed, then double-click your device.
The
Properties
dialog box appears.

Driver
tab.

Update driver
.
The driver is updated.

To update your device driver, you must be logged on to your computer with an administrator account.
Uninstalling a driver
Leave the device connected to your computer while uninstalling the driver.
To uninstall the driver on a Windows
®
2000 Professional notebook, proceed as follows:

Click
Start
on the taskbar and point to
Settings
.

Click
Control Panel
.

Double-click the
System
icon.
The
System Properties
dialog box appears.

On the
Hardware
tab, click
Device Manager
.
The
Device Manager
screen appears.

Right-click the hardware and select
Properties
.
The
Properties
dialog box appears.

On the
Driver
tab, click
Uninstall
.

Follow the instructions that appear on your screen. You can have Windows search for the driver, or point
to the driver's location yourself.
