Making Variations of
Printouts
You can import and store several types of images
in printer memory. Also, changing the print
method allows you to create various types of
printouts.
You can make printouts in the following ways:
• Zoom area of the image you need and print four
reduced images on a single sheet. See “Zoom
and Print Part of an Image” (page 38).
• Make printouts of multiple reduced images with
white frames. See “To add white frames to
• Add captions to printouts. See “Making
Printouts with a Caption” (page 36).
Printing captions
The caption position on printouts of two reduced
images differs depending on whether SD signals
or HD signals are used. The caption position also
differs depending on the printing pack used.

Memory page
A memory area in which an image is captured is
called a memory page in this manual.
The number of usable memory pages depends on
the type of the reduced images selected and on
the connected equipment.
Note
Images of differing signal types (HD/SD (480i) or
SD (576i)) cannot coexist on the same multiple
reduced image screen. If you change the input
signal type in [Input Signal] on the [Input Setup]
tab of the [System Setup] menu, the images
stored in the memory will be overwritten the next
time you capture images.
