Why can’t I fully charge my battery pack?

The battery care function is enabled. Start 

VAIO Control Center

 

[Details]

 and change

the settings in the 

Power and Battery

 window.

If ambient temperature is outside the specified range or the power consumption of your
VAIO computer is high when you charge the battery pack, the charge current may be
reduced.
