GOVERNING LAW AND
JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of
Japan, without regards to conflict of laws
provisions. The parties hereby consent to
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Japan. SONY RESERVES THE

About the firmware of this
product
This product is protected by certain
intellectual property rights of Microsoft
Corporation. Use or distribution of such
technology outside of this product is
prohibited without a license from Microsoft or
an authorized Microsoft subsidiary.
Portions of the firmware of this product are
used on libpng version 1.2.8, the Independent
JPEG Group’s JPEG Software version 6b,
zlib.h -- interface of the ‘zlib’ general purpose
compression library version 1.2.2, FreeType 2
version 2.1.9 and OpenSSL version 0.9.8b.
