The touch screen does not work as expected.

Make sure you are using the touch screen correctly

[Details]

If the touch screen is damaged (scratched, etc.), contact the service/support center named in the

warranty.

If the touch screen does not work, turn off your tablet device, and then turn it on again.

If you cannot turn off your tablet device, press and hold the power button for about 10

seconds to force it to turn off, and then turn it on again
