To set resolution:
•
Position the Play/Still/Movie selector to still.
•
First you want to press the control button up, (menu bar pops up) then use it to
select the file menu (left or right direction, the color of the selected item changes
from blue to yellow).
•
Next you want to press the control button up, so the file menu pops up.
•
Then press it up again to select image size menu, and press it in the right direction
so the resolution choices pops up.
•
Now all you have to do is use the command button (press up or down) to select
resolution that you want and press the center of the control button. The resolution
choices should disappear, which means that you have selected your resolution.
•
To exit keep pressing command button down until the menu bar disappears.
Advanced Function:
Copying between Memory Stick and Floppy(
Mavica FD
97 only!
)
Mavica FD 97(recognizable by light silver color opposed to dark gunmetal of the FD 95)
comes equipped with both Floppy drive as well as Sony Memory stick. The FD 95 uses a
memory stick as well however it needs additional adapter disk as shown below.
To copy files from memory stick to a regular 1.44 floppy on FD 97 camera:
•
Make sure both an empty floppy and memory stick with pictures on are in the
camera.
•
Set the camera to Play mode using the selector.
•
Press up on the control button to pull up the menu.
