Setting the Camera Information (Camera information Dialog)

Details Dialog 

When you click the 

Details

 button in the 

Camera 

information

 dialog, the details dialog opens.

There are two tabs on the details dialog.

General tab

Displays and sets information on the selected camera.

Camera name box

Enter the camera name.

Model

Displays the camera model name.

Serial number

Displays the serial number of the camera.

Mount

Displays the installation position for the panorama 
camera and the zoom camera.
For fixed camera 1 and fixed camera 2, select 

Desktop

 

or 

Ceiling

 according to the installation position of the 

camera.

Note

Mount

 cannot be set for a camera connected to the Sony 

SNT-V501/V504 Video Network Station.

Memory setting tab

Set the details on the transmission of the camera images.

JPEG compression level

Move the slider to set the JPEG compression level. 
Available compression levels are between 

1

 and 

10

. A 

higher compression level produces a better image 
quality but causes larger data and lower frame rate. The 
set compression level is displayed in the box on the left.

Frame rate (for zoom camera and fixed cameras 
only)

Select the frame rate for camera image transmission 
from 

High

, 

Middle

 or 

Low

.

Continuous shooting duration (for fixed 
cameras only)

Set the recording duration of the fixed camera (seconds).
For details, see “Starting Recording on the Fixed
