2-7-2. Optical Filter Block
Note
•
Perform the following procedure in the simple cleaning bench. Wear rubber gloves during the
following work.
•
Be sure to install the ND unit and the front section in the original combination.
•
Clean a new optical filter block before installing it. (Refer to “1-12. Cleaning the Optical Filter Block
•
The following parts are not reusable. Prepare new parts in advance.
– Screws (M1.7 x 2.2): 6 pcs
– Front OLPF packing: 1 pc
Preparation
1. Remove the top cabinet and the bottom cover. (Refer to “2-2. Top Cabinet, Bottom Cover”.)
2. Remove the inside panel. (Refer to “2-3. Inside Panel”.)
3. Remove the outside panel. (Refer to “2-4. Outside Panel”.)
4. Remove the front block. (Refer to “2-7. Front Block”.)
5. Remove the harness front guide. (Refer to “2-7-1. CR-1006 Board”.)
Procedure
1. Remove the four screws, and then remove the ND unit.

When installing the ND unit, tighten the screws in the following sequence: (a), (b), (c), (d).
