PuTTY terminal emulator
Introduction
HDXchange allows service engineers to log on using a
service account. Using this account, service engineers can
run commands which allows them to investigate problems
at operating system level.
PuTTY commands are divided into three groups.
• Clip commands
• Mac client (ldap) commands
• Miscellaneous commands
To use the commands, navigate from the root directory to
the directory where the command is located, then enter the
command. To avoid the need to enter long command
strings, use the ‘tab’ key to auto complete the required
directory name or command.
