Notes on Assembling the Lens Section-3

Installing the COMS Block Assy

1.

Check that the Seal Rubber (1820) is not floated and not bulged at the inside.

Check that the Seal Rubber (1820) is not bulged at the inside.

(The figure shows the Seal Rubber (1820) is bulged state.)

Check that the Seal Rubber (1820) is not floated.

2.

Position the upper side boss (1 pcs) while the lower portion of CMOS Block Assy is lifted a little.
Note: Do not position the two lower-side bosses first.

Upper side boss (1 pcs)

3.

Install the Spacer Plate and position the two lower side bosses.

4.

Tighten the screws in the order of P2, P3 and P1.
