Troubleshooting

If you experience trouble with your camera, try the following solutions.

Please understand that you give your consent that the contents of the internal memory, Music
files may be checked when you send your camera to be repaired.

Check the items on pages 105 to 114.

If a code such as “C/E:

” appears on the screen, see page 115.

Remove the battery pack, and insert the battery pack again after about one
minute, and turn on the power.

Press the RESET button located on the bottom using a
fine-tipped object, and turn on the power.

If you do the operation above, the date and time setting is
cleared.

Consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
