Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX9 User Manual Download Page 249

The battery is not charged even if the Power/charge lamp turns off and

charging is finished.

This happens when you charge the battery pack in an extremely hot or cold location. Charge
the battery pack within the proper charging temperature range of between 10°C to 30°C (50°F
to 86°F).

The camera makes a noise when it is shaken.

If the power is not on, the camera may make a noise when it is shaken. This is not a
malfunction.
