Place the unit on its side on a
stable stand, so that you have a
good view of the base.

Attach the V-wedge shoe
supplied with the tripod to the
base of the unit, using the
screws supplied with the
tripod.
When attaching the V-wedge
shoe, taking the total weight of
this unit, the camera, studio
lens and viewfinder, and the
size of the pan and tilt head
into consideration, choose a
position such that the unit will
be mounted stably on the
tripod.

Attach the unit to the pan and
tilt head of the tripod.
