Make sure that the antenna (aerial) is connected using a 75-ohm coaxial cable.
Keep the antenna (aerial) cable away from other connecting cables.
To avoid TV interference, make sure to use an undamaged antenna (aerial) cable.
Some channels are blank.
The channel is for scrambled/subscription service only. Subscribe to a pay TV service.
The channel is used only for data (no picture or sound).
Contact the broadcaster for transmission details.
Poor reception or poor picture quality with digital terrestrial broadcasts.
Change the position, direction and angle of the terrestrial television antenna (aerial) to maximise the
antenna (aerial) signal level. Make sure that the direction of the antenna (aerial) is not changed
unintentionally (such as by wind).
If you are using a TV signal booster, adjust its signal gain.
If equipment (such as a TV signal distributor) is connected between the antenna (aerial) and the TV, it
may affect the TV reception. Directly connect the antenna (aerial) and the TV to check if the
reception is improved.
You cannot view digital channels.
Ask a local installer if digital transmissions are provided in your area.
Upgrade to a higher gain antenna (aerial).
Poor reception or poor picture quality with satellite broadcasts. (Satellite
compatible models only)
Poor weather conditions can affect satellite broadcast systems. Wait for the weather to clear.
You cannot view satellite channels. (Satellite compatible models only)
