Temperature selection
The panel heater operates with 2 temperature settings: A low level setting and a high level setting. Each
of these settings has default values that can be changed as needed. The minimum difference between the
high and low heat settings is 4º C.
To change the default settings:
1. Open the cover of the LCD control panel.
2. Press the temperature selection key.
3. The current „high temperature“ setting is displayed.
4. Use the „Up“
and „Down“
keys to select the desired temperature. The temperature range for the
high level is 9-30º C.
5. Press the temperature selection key.
6. The currently set temperature for the low level is displayed.
7. Use the „Up“
and „Down“
keys to select the desired temperature. The temperature range for the
low level is 5-26º C.
8. Press the temperature selection key.
9. The temperature setting program is terminated and the selected high and low temperatures are saved.
Programs description
There are 12 programs that switch the heating between low and high level at different times of the day
and night. 9 of them are preset and cannot be changed. The programs „UP“, „52“ and „7“ can be defined
by the user. The table on page 53 shows the run times of the low/high temperature setting for each of the
programs.
Select a program
To select a program to run:
1. Open the cover of the LCD control panel.
2. Press the program selection key.
3. The currently selected program is displayed.
4. Use the „Up“
and „Down“
keys to select the desired program.
5. Press the program selection key.
6. The program selection is ended and the selected program is saved and used to control the heater.
Changing the settings for the „UP“ user program
With the „UP“ program, the heating can be programmed to switch from a low to a high heating output at
the desired times, with different settings possible for each day of the week.
To program the heating settings for the „UP“ program:
1. Open the cover of the LCD control panel.
2. Press the program selection key.
3. The currently selected program is displayed.
4. Use the „Up“ and „Down“ keys to select the „UP“ program.
5. Press the programming key.
6. The 24-hour program for Monday is displayed.
7. The 24-hour program is divided into half-hour time windows. For each time window, a setting must be
selected for all 7 days of the week. There are 2 options for each half-hour time window. These can be set
to either a high heat level using the up
button or a low heat level using the down
button.
8. When all 24-hour time windows are set, the timer display will show „00:00“.
9. Press the timer
button and the next 24-hour time period will be displayed.
10. Repeat steps 7 through 9 until all seven days are programmed with the desired heating settings.
11. Press the Program Select key
and the settings made will be saved. The „UP“ program is executed
and displayed with the new settings.
