2 Placement
This device does not impose any special installation requirements, but it is advisable
to take a few simple precautions to ensure optimum operation with maximum safety.
Please observe the general safety precautions.
The appliance must be placed at a
distance of at least 50 cm from walls or pieces of furniture.
The following points should be checked before the electrical connection of the heater:
- Does the mains voltage match the voltage of the unit?
- Are the socket and the supply network adequately protected?
- If a cable reel is used, is it fully unwound?
- Is the appliance plug suitable for the building socket?
- Is the used socket equipped with a faultless grounding?
