1 Safety instructions
Please read the safety instructions carefully before use, and observe the safety instructions to
prevent damage due to misuse, improper operation, and unsuitable environmental conditions.
Keep this instruction booklet for later reference.
Check the device for damage after removing the packaging. Do not use the unit if you suspect
it has been damaged, and consult a specialist. The recyclable packaging material must not be
stored or disposed of where it can be accessed by young children, but must be disposed of
properly.
This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was explicitly developed. Any
other use is regarded as improper and therefore dangerous. The supplier is not liable for damage
to persons and/or property resulting from improper or incorrect use.
Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by trained personnel. Improperly per-
formed repairs and alterations to the equipment can have dangerous consequences for the user,
and the warranty will be void in such cases.
• The heater uses 230V AC/50Hz, please check the household voltage to ensure it matches
the specification before operating.
• Please do not put the electric heater directly under the socket when in use.
• Do not allow children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities to use
the unit unless they have been given instructions by a person who is responsible for their
safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not use the heater with wet hands. Danger to life!
• Do not use the heater in a flammable or combustible environment.
• Do not cover the heater when in use.
• Do not allow children to use the heater when no one else is at home.
• The heater is for indoor or outdoor use.
• Do not run the power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or
similar coverings. Arrange cord away from area where people walk and place it where it will
not be tripped over.
• Do not insert or allow any object into the vents or exhaust vents because this can lead to
electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
• Make sure the plug has been pulled from the socket before moving the heater, and hold the
handle of the heater when moving.
• Keep at least 1.5 meters between the heater and any flammable objects (e.g. curtains), walls
and other structures.
• Stop using the heater immediately if the plug or cord is damaged. Do not detach the device
