Video Stream: this controls the default settings for streaming video data. Set the
image preferences in the Image tab:
For the Axis Encoder, set the Resolution to match with resolution of the external
video source, or a smaller resolution for recording (if preferred). For the Axis
Camera, set the resolution to the desired resolution for recording.
Set Compression to 0 for maximum clarity. The manufacturer default value of 30
produces less clear recordings that take up less disk space.
Set Video Stream to Limited, with a value of 30.
Set the Overlay Settings fields, “Include date” and “Include time”, if you want
the image to be timestamped in the video feed.
