● When the power is turned on, playback of the last programme you were listening to starts again.
● The recommended file system for the memory is FAT32. Do not use an NTFS formatted memory card.
● If the product gives no sound or does not recognise the USB/microSD memory, remove and reinsert the memory unit and select it again with the MODE
button. If necessary, turn the power off and on again.
● Only remove the external memory after switching to a different source with the MODE button or switching off the player. Otherwise, the data may be
damaged. Do not remove the connected external unit during playback!
● The USB/microSD device can only be inserted in one way. If it stops, turn it over and try again; do not force it. Do not touch the contacts with your hand.
● Be careful not to damage the devices protruding from the product.
● Abnormal operation may be caused by the individual characteristics of the storage device; this is not a sign of product malfunction.
● Do not charge devices (e.g., mobile phones) from the USB socket!
WIRED AUDIO INPUTS
The following input options are available to connect external devices with headphone output or audio output to the sound box:
AUX
: Ø3.5mm socket for headphone or LINE OUT output from an external device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, multimedia player, musical instrument,
CD/DVD...). This input is activated automatically when an
AUX
plug is inserted (optional). The display shows the message
LINE
.
MIC
: Ø6.3mm echo enhanced socket for handheld microphone (included).
● The sound quality depends on the quality of the audio signal received from by the external device and its volume and tone settings. In AUX mode,
correctly setting the volume and tone of the signal source is important for good sound quality.
● If the sound box receives weak signal (low volume), it may cause extra noise, while a too large signal may cause distortion. It is recommended to keep
the volume of the source at medium level.
● To make the appropriate connection, you may need to buy a connection cable or, in some cases, an external adapter.
● For more information, see the user guide of the device you want to connect.
KARAOKE MICROPHONE FUNCTION
Turn down the
MIC VOL
control, then connect the supplied microphone to the
MIC
socket on the sound box. Before this, make sure that the microphone
switch is in
OFF
position. Turn on the microphone, then slowly start increasing the microphone volume using the
MIC VOL
control. If necessary, also adjust
the volume control on the sound box (
-OFF ON +
). Use the
MODE
button to select the signal source you want to sing with. The sound of the connected
microphone is echoed.
● We recommend using the microphone with a signal source in AUX (LINE) or BT mode, as the function is optimized for these.
● The microphone cable can be removed from the handle by pressing the button on its plug.
● Place the connected microphone as far away from the sound box as possible to avoid feedback. Do not turn the speaker toward the microphone, as
feedback will damage the speakers. We recommend using the microphone behind the sound box. When using a microphone, carefully increase the
volume, and if you experience feedback, immediately turn back the control. If necessary, relocate the sound box.
LED light effect
When the sound box is turned on, the LED light effect is also activated. You can switch this on and off, or choose from many effects by using the (
LED
)
button on the control panel. Some light effects work depending on the current volume and rhythm.
● You can also switch the light by briefly pressing the MODE button on the remote controller.
● Longer operating times can be achieved with the lights switched off.
● The LED light effect cannot be activated in FM radio mode.
Rolling sound box
Press the button on the top of the handle to extend the bar. This allows you to move the sound box on casters. Do not lift the unit by this handle! Use the
carrying handle on the top of the sound box to lift it.
