Configuring the IP camera on the Somfy home
motion central unit
Installing the camera in TaHoma

On the TaHoma interface home page, click the tab .

Then click the button at the top right of the window.

Select the
AXIS
logo from the options displayed, and then click
OK
.

Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions of use, and then click
Continue
.

Follow the instructions on the screen, which will guide you step by step.
You will be prompted to enter the
identifier
and
password
of the camera, so that it connects to TaHoma.
By default, enter the following information:

Note:
For greater security and privacy, it is advisable to change the password
, as described further
below.
This connection information is specific to the IP camera, and therefore different from that of your ADSL box/
modem or the Somfy home motion central unit. It is not automatically passed on to these devices.
Choosing the camera’s connection mode
Wired
To keep the wired connection,
with the RJ45 Ethernet cable
, confirm the installation made.
Wireless
To enjoy a wireless connection using
Wi-Fi
, configure the camera by following the instructions below:

Run the
IP Utility
software program from the Axis Utilities CD.

Choose the desired camera by double-clicking its name.
