Central unit connected to the Internet:
Go to the Home page in your Somfy Protect app. If a fault is present in your installation,
an error message will be displayed on the home page.
Central unit not connected to the Internet:
Meaning of the flashing orange LED, icons and messages on the LCD keypad:
This presupposes that the system is armed (ON) and disarmed (OFF) on the LCD keypad,
using the badge or the user code. With the remote controls, only the fault beeps will be heard.
Note: all faults can occur at the same time (except Alarm icon & Door open icon)
The red LED means radio communication between the Central unit and the LCD keypad.
The products are tamper-protected
if they are opened or pulled out.
To avoid triggering the alarm: press and
hold the OFF key on the remote control
or the LCD keypad until the LED turns
off and wave the badge.
The tamper switches will be active when
the alarm is armed the next time.
