Normal Mode
In normal mode, there are four types of ways to monitor and control I/O and of
additional operations as a Serial to Ethernet converter.

Modbus/TCP
Control and monitor the I/O of CIE-H14 via Modbus/TCP.
It supports both master and slave mode.
Serialized
Modbus/TCP
CIE-H14 communicates through the RS232 port using the data
format of Modbus/TCP.
Macro
Users can automatically control the output ports by setting MACRO
using some basic formula of Boolean Algebra. Users can not control
the output ports through HTTP or Modbus/TCP.
WEB(HTTP)
Users can monitor and control CIE-H14 via HTTP
