Problem
Easy Solution
Motor doesn't
start or blade
doesn't rotate
– Check that the power plug is securely inserted into the power out-
let.
– Check if the blender cup/grinding container and the blade base are
correctly assembled.
– Maybe the overload protection has triggered. See last paragraph.
Foods are chop-
ped unevenly
– The amount of food in the blender cup/grinding container is too
big. Put a smaller amount of food into the blender cup/grinding
container and, if necessary, repeat the process multiple times.
– The pieces were too large. Cut the food in smaller pieces. For best
results, cut the food in pieces not larger than 2 cm.
Foods were
chopped to
finely or are
watery
– Blend for shorter periods of time. For better control, use the PULSE
function.
Foods stick to
the blade/
blender cup
– The mixture might be too thick. Add a little liquid to the mixture
and/or try the PULSE function.
Blender
overloaded
(Blender sudden-
ly switches off
while blending)
– The blender features a overload protection feature. If the motor is
being overloaded, the motor will stop.
– Switch the blender off (OFF position) and pull the plug. Let the
appliance cool down for 30 minutes, then reconnect the power
plug and restart the appliance.
– We recommend pouring out a small portion of the content of the
blender cup/grinding container or cutting the foods in smaller
pieces resp. processing smaller amounts per go.
