4. Set the thermostat to maximum and select the desired power setting. Once the room is at an
acceptable temperature, turn the thermostat counterclockwise until the heater shuts off. The
thermostat will now maintain the temperature by cycling the heater on or off. In particularly
cold weather, the low power setting may not be sufficient to satisfy the thermostat's
requirements. Select a higher setting for these periods.
5. Before switching off, it is better to set the fan to the cooling state for 5-10 seconds.
