START UP AND ROUTING

4.1 Starting up

When the console is turned on, load the operating

system. When the boot sequence ends, the main

screen appears and UX24 loads:

1.

The

user profile

settled for the start up.

2.

The

 last used scene

The default profile is ADMIN,   that has no restric-

tions. It can be changed from SETTIGNS screen.
On startup,

UX24 never ask for the user's password

.

To starting up with restrict access, change the de-

fault star up user to a restricted one. If the console

restarts, the user with restricted access must know

the password to change to the ADMIN profile (see

below).
The scenes save the configuration of the inputs, out-

puts, routing, audio processes and channel settings.

When started, UX24 loads the scene used last time.

4.2 Inputs/outputs default routing

Next   are   detailed   the   default   inputs   and   outputs,

stored in all empty factory scenes. At the

Section 7

– Diagrams and tech notes,

  you can download a

document that summarize with graphics the default

settings for the factory scenes.
UDX adapters requires different settings and rout-

ings. By default, empty scenes comes with some

channels settled to connect:

One

UDX-2TEL

 or

UDX-TEL+BT

One

UDX-2MIC

 to add two microphones.

These channels can be configured to others uses.
