All items returned for repair must include a letter indicating, return address and contact, model number, serial number,
date of purchase (or receipt of purchase), and reason for return. If this information is not provided the repair will be
delayed.
Customer will be charged an evaluation fee for Non-Warranty items returned to Solectria. Warranty items returned to
Solectria that are operable will incur an evaluation fee.
