Receiver Components

Quick Release Mount
The receiver incorporates a quick release mount, compatible with
the SOKKIA quick release, for mounting the receiver on a tripod
or survey pole.
The mount also features a standard 5/8"-11 UNC internal thread.
The boss accepts a thread up to 19 mm (0.75") long.

Antenna
The receiver features an integrated L1 GPS+GLONASS antenna.
The antenna phase center offset information label (see Figure 5) is
located on the underside of the receiver, and includes the vertical
offset (height) value.

You can measure the antenna slant height by hooking a tape
measure onto the included measuring bar (see Section 4.4,

Battery
The receiver uses one rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It also
contains an internal backup battery, which allows you to “hot
swap” the main battery by providing up to 30 seconds of
temporary power to the receiver. The backup battery is
automatically charged from the main battery.
