Logfile
Select
Diagnosis Logfile
to view the log file entries. You can also filter the diagnostic log by ticking and
unticking the checkboxes of the different priorities. This only affects the display of the log and not the
setting of the log file priority under
Diagnosis Settings
.
Note
Use the button
[Support Data]
to save the data to a file. The information contained in this file
may provide us with valuable information to fix your issue.
Parameter
Meaning
Emergency, Alert, Critical,
Error, Warning, Notice,
Information.
Tick checkboxes to set a filter.
Clear
Click this button to delete the log file entries.
Refresh
Click this button to update the message log entries.
Support Data
Click this button to upload a collection of all available logs for support
requests.
