Solution: If operating current is too large, change the settings on power supply
side.
d) High Voltage: If battery voltage is too high (depends on the number of battery
modules), battery charge protection will turn on.
Solution: If battery is full charge, please discharge the battery for some time; if
charging voltage is too high, change the settings on power supply side.
e) Low Voltage: If the battery voltage is too low (depends on the number of
battery modules), battery discharge protection will turn on.
Solution: Charge the battery until the red light turn off.
Excluding the five points above, if the faulty is still cannot be located, turn off
battery and contact Sofar.
