Additionally, the following requirements are needed for V.92 features:

V.92 Modem-on-Hold and Quick Connect features require a V.92
Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Modem-on-Hold requires a line splitter and Call Waiting service from
your local phone company.
•
Caller identification requires Type 2 Caller ID service, which can
identify calls when the phone is off-hook, from your local phone
company.
